MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531024822 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 19, for 'automated heat exchanger cleaning device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Biswaranjan Swain.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated heat exchanger cleaning device, comprising a frame 101 supported by an inverted V-shaped structure 102, a touch interactive display panel 103 receives input regarding type of a heat exchanger which is to be cleaned, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 determines positioning of a heat exchanger in proximity to frame 101, multiple motorized wheels 105 move frame 101 towards heat exchanger, a dust sensor synced with imaging unit 104 for determining accumulation of dust/dirt, an inverted U-shaped link 106 is suspended from center portion of frame 101 by means of an extendable bar 107 to position a pair of electronically controlled nozzles 108 over heat exchanger for dispense pressurized water stored in a vessel 110 onto heat exchanger followed by dispensing cleaning solution stored in a multi-sectioned chamber 112 for cleaning heat exchanger."
