MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441012504 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 21, 2024, for 'automated gravel distribution and leveling device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated gravel distribution and leveling device, comprises of a housing 1 positioned on a ground surface via multiple wheels 2, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 3 installed on the housing 1 to capture multiple images of the surrounding, a touch interactive display panel 4 accessed by a user to provide input commands or dispensing and levelling the surface, a laser sensor installed beneath the housing 1 to detect levelling of the user-specified area, a microcontroller to evaluate an amount of gravel to be dispensed, a motorized iris lid arranged with base portion of housing 1 to dispense gravel on the ground surface, a vertical member 5 configured with a telescopic bar 6 to distribute the gravel and a robotic gripper 9 to remove obstacle from the path."
