MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411024690 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 27, 2024, for 'automated golf club management device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated golf club management device, comprising a rectangular frame 1 affixed with rear portion of a golf cart via multiple suction units 2, a primary horizontal conveyor 3 via pair of links 4 accessed by a user for positioning a golf club over primary horizontal conveyor 3, an imaging unit 5 for determining positioning of the golf club over primary conveyor, plurality of motorized clamps 7 to accommodate multiple golf clubs, secondary vertical conveyor 6 to align one of the clamps 7 in proximity to the primary conveyor to receive the positioned golf club, a microphone 8 to receive voice command of the user regrading requirement of a specific type of the golf club and a tactile sensor to monitor hardness of the golf club(s)."
