MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521109740 A) filed by Gokul Global University, Patan, Gujarat, on Nov. 11, 2025, for 'automated fruit flesh extraction device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Chetanaba Rajput.
The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated fruit flesh extraction device, comprising a platform 1 positioned over a ground surface, plurality of suction cups 4 arranged beneath platform 1 to affix the platform 1 with the surface, a touch interactive display panel 2 installed over platform 1 for user input, an imaging unit 3 installed over platform 1 to determines height of user, a hydraulic pole 9 installed over platform 1 to position a pair of plates configured with pole 9 at appropriate height, a pair of robotic grippers 6 are installed over platform 1 to withdraw one of fruit and insert over a hydraulic pin 8 installed over plate, motorized cutter 11 configured with a robotic link installed over platform 1 to cut and separate halves of fruit, a robotic arm 5 integrated with a semi-spherical member installed over platform 1 to scoop out flesh of halves of fruit."
