MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007468 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 3, 2024, for 'automated foundation waterproofing device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated foundation waterproofing device includes a body 1 configured with multiple rods 2 for support, an imaging unit 3 for evaluating a 3D mapping of foundation exhibited on display panel 4 enabling a user to select desired portion to be waterproofed, wheels 5 for positioning body 1 adjacent to user-specified portion, a laser sensor paired with imaging unit 3 for detecting alignment of foundation, in case of misalignment, microcontroller actuates two pushers for extending/retracting to align foundation, a chamber 7 stored with sealing solution and configured with an nozzle 8 for dispensing solution on foundation to properly seal any pores present on foundation, a robotic link 10 configured with a bucket 11 for withdrawing aggregates from a container 9 and dispensing adjacent to foundation to increase stability of foundation followed by actuation of a bar 12 configured with a plate 13 for extending to settle aggregates."
