MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531020381 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 6, for 'automated food items mixing device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Subhaprada Dash.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated food items mixing device comprising an inverted U-shaped extendable frame 101 positioned in proximity to cookware placed over a cooktop fixed on the horizontal surface via suction unit 102 configured with free-ends of frame 101, an AI-based imaging unit 103 installed on frame 101 embedded with an ultrasonic sensor to detect dimensions and exact location of the cookware, an inverted L-shaped telescopic rod 104 configured on the apex of frame 101 to extend for positioning a circular disc 105 attached with free-end of the rod over cookware, a telescopically operated gripper 106 configured with frame 101 to extend for the gripping handle of cookware, a telescopic link 107 configured on center of the disc with a pair of horizontal bars 108 attached on lateral sides of links extends for immersing inside food item and rotate for stirring food item ensuring even and optimal cooking of food item."
