MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531019802 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 5, for 'automated floor grills cleaning device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Trushna Parida.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated floor grills cleaning device, comprises of a cuboidal body 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface in proximity to a floor grills, multiple wheels 102 arranged underneath body 101 for providing movement to body 101, an imaging unit 103 mounted on body 101 to generate a 3D mapping of surroundings, a display panel 104 mounted on body 101 for displaying evaluated mapping, an electronic nozzle 105 attached with a chamber 106 stored with a cleaning solution and configured at the body 101 for continuously dispensing cleaning solution on grills, a motorized disc 107 installed with base portion of body 101 via a rod 108 and equipped with plurality of sharp-edged plates 109 for scrubbing the grills via the plates 109, an electronic valve 110 attached with a vessel 111 stored with water and configured at base portion for dispensing water to rinse grills with water."
