MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511117054 A) filed by Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Nov. 25, 2025, for 'automated evaporator tube bending device.'
Inventor(s) include Ganesh Kumar Kantak.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated evaporator tube bending device comprises of, a platform 101 configured with suction cups 102 for securing platform 101, a display panel 103 installed with the platform 101 for enabling a user to provide input commands for attaining coiled evaporator tubes, a speaker 104 installed with the platform 101 for producing audio guidance to manually position the evaporator on clamps 105 arranged on a slot 110 carved on the platform 101, an imaging unit 106 installed with the platform 101 for capturing and processing multiple images of slot 110, and a socket joint 107 integrated in between said clamp 105 and slot 110 for allowing the tube shaped in to a serpent like structure through alternating bends, and a robotic arm 108 installed with the platform 101 for grabbing the coiled evaporator to store in a chamber 109."
