MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531011913 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 12, for 'automated egg shell removing device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated egg shell removing device comprising, a housing 101 configured with plurality of suction cups 102 to mount housing on surface, a chamber 103 accommodates boiled eggs, a touch interactive display panel 104 receives input data, a iris lid 105 integrated in chamber 103 to open and dispense eggs over a Jonge poerink conveyor 106 installed in housing that translate eggs to egg peeling arrangement 108 to remove shells, a primary AI based imaging unit installed in housing to detect dispension of eggs, a flap 112 attached on frames 109 via a robotic link 113 to apply optimum pressure on eggs, plurality of sharp strips 114 configured over rollers 111 to remove shells of eggs, a secondary AI imaging unit installed on frames 109 to monitor the condition of peeled eggs and notify user to collect eggs from rollers 111 by a means of speaker 117."
