According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated device for sustainable manufacturing of interlocking paver block, a housing 101 constructed with a hopper 102 for a gravity-assisted feeding of recycled plastic waste material, a shutter 103 for facilitating a flow of the recycled plastic waste material out of the hopper 102, a motorized conveyor 104 for conveying mixed waste material toward a sorting and processing section for further segregation and treatment, a primary imaging unit 105 works in sync with a primary NIR sensor to identify and differentiate plastic and non-plastic materials in real time, an electronic nozzle 110 to dispense controlled quantities of water for washing the plastic waste material into the chamber 109, a motorized brush 112 to scrub and remove adhered contaminants including dust, labels, and impurities, a plurality of heating elements 117 integrated within the container 115 to melt the crushed plastic flakes into a molten binder."
