According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated cutting and aligning device for tiles, comprising a platform 1 positioned over a ground surface by means of multiple wheels 2 arranged beneath platform 1, the conveyor 3 positions a tile, the imaging unit 4 evaluates a mapping of wall, the panel 5 evaluates mapping to enable a user to select an area over wall, the laser measurement sensor monitors dimensions and thickness of tile, the screw arrangement 6 installed over an inverted frame 7 to provide translation to a cutter 8, the cutter 8 configured with arrangement over the positioned tile in order to initiate cutting of tile, the proximity sensor monitors distance of cutter 8 from tile, the hydraulic link 9 positions cutter 8 in contact with tile, multiple suction units 11 creates a pressure to grip cut tile, the scissor arrangement 12 lifts the plate 10, and a hinge joint 13 tilts plate 10."
