MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411024670 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 27, 2024, for 'automated concrete block levelling device.'

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 31, under issue no. 44/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated concrete block levelling device, comprising a cuboidal shaped body 1 positioned on a surface laid with concrete blocks, plurality of motorized rollers 2 arranged underneath body 1 for providing movement to body 1, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 8 evaluates a 3D (dimensional) mapping of surroundings, a touch interactive display panel 3 accessed by a user to select a portion of surrounding where compacting of blocks needs to be done, an ultrasonic sensor determines uneven concrete block in surrounding, a hydraulic actuator 4 attached with each of roller 2 via an inverted U-shaped unit 5 for pushing corresponding roller 2 for levelling block with its neighboring blocks, two robotic links 6 re-positions blocks and achieve a leveled surface."
