MUMBAI, India, Feb. 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541084697 A) filed by P. Sakthi Prakash; and K. Vijayakumar, Erode, Tamil Nadu, on Sept. 6, 2025, for 'automated cleaning system for cleaning an analyzer and method thereof.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Embodiments herein disclose an automated cleaning system 100 for cleaning an analyzer 102. The automated cleaning system 100 includes a cleaning unit 126 having a control unit 124, a bypass solenoid valve assembly 110, a water pump 116 for transferring fresh water from a fresh water tank 120, a liquid pump 118 for transferring an alkaline cleaning solution from alkaline solution tank 122, and a positive pressure pump 114 coupled to the water pump 116, the liquid pump 118, a water heater112, to generate positive air pressure for driving fresh water, heated water, or the alkaline solution. The assembly 110 routes the fluids toward a sensor unit 108 of the analyzer 102. The control unit 124, automatically initiates a cleaning mode upon a shutdown request. The cleaning mode includes pressurized fresh-water rinsing, heated water jet cleaning, alkaline solution soaking, and final hot-water flushing."
