According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention provides an automated clarified-butter processing and application device that receives a clarified butter block within a housing 100 having a sliding door, a food-grade base plate 102 connected to a linear actuator 103 for vertically positioning the block for progressive scraping, a scraping assembly configured to remove uniform layers of clarified butter, a suction unit 106 for collecting scraped flakes and transferring them to a processing region, a heating unit 107 for melting the flakes under controlled thermal conditions, a dispensing unit for releasing melted clarified butter into a removable collection tray 109, and an application assembly for dipping into the tray 109 and applying the melted clarified butter uniformly over a food item placed on an adjacent slab, with reduced manual effort and improved consistency."
