MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411018830 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on March 14, 2024, for 'automated cement block manufacturing device.'

Inventor(s) include Vineet Saxena.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated cement block manufacturing device comprises of, a D-shaped body 1 arranged with a pair of curved-shaped members 2 such that free-ends of the members 2 are positioned in contact with each other, a touch enabled screen 3 to select size of a curved cement block to be manufactured, a pair of motorized clippers 5 for gripping free-end of one of the sheets 4, a pair of motorized sliders for translating the clippers 5 towards end of the other member, a speaker 6 for notifying the user to fill cement mixture between the sheet 4 and body 1, an artificial intelligence-enabled imaging unit 7 for detecting filling of cement mixture between the sheet 4 and body 1, multiple iris pores 8 to open for dispensing water over mixture, multiple heating units for heating body 1 and members 2, and a tactile sensor for detecting hardness of the prepared block."
