MUMBAI, India, Oct. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411023441 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on March 25, 2024, for 'automated brick wall construction device.'

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 24, under issue no. 43/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated brick wall construction device comprises of a body 1 developed to be positioned on a ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 2 that is accessed by user for providing input regarding dimensions of brick wall which is to be constructed, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 3 for capturing and processing multiple images in vicinity of body 1, multiple electronically controlled nozzles 6 dispense concrete mixture over ground surface of location where brick wall is to be installed, a platform that is accessed by arms 7 for positioning multiple bricks, an extendable L-shaped rod 9 position the drilling unit 8 in proximity to evaluated pair of points to drill cavities at points, multiple hooked pins stored in chamber 5 that is accessed by arms 7 for engaging one end of pins into one of multiple holes crafted on frames."
