MUMBAI, India, Jan. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511105625 A) filed by Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Oct. 31, 2025, for 'automated basket manufacturing device.'
Inventor(s) include Krishna Nandan.
The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated basket manufacturing device comprising a housing 101, a plurality of wheels 102 allowing manual relocation of housing 101 to a desired area, an extendable leg to adjust height of housing 101, a microphone 103 to give commands for adjusting the height as per requirement, a touch interactive display panel 104 input specifications for manufacturing basket, an electronically controlled nozzle 108 to dispense raw materials, a heating unit installed in container for providing an optimum heating effect, multiple telescopically operated rods 107 with multiple hinges, for reshaping die 106, an imaging unit 109 to monitor the structure, a robotic arm 110 to segregate basket-shaped structure from die, an extendable L-shaped rod 112 to position a cutter 111 removing excess materials from edges, an extendable L-shaped shaft 114 for levelling structure's exterior, a grinding roller 113 via an extendable L-shaped shaft 114 for levelling structure's exterior."
