The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This provides an external emergency exit assist frame for aircraft or eVTOLs. The present invention does not replace existing designs with manual doors but rather works as an auxiliary to the latter. Upon detection of free-fall or controlled crash conditions and in the event of the manual door not having been opened within a given mean time, this frame will automatically detach. In this system, Free-Fall Mode, Controlled Crash Mode, Cockpit Override, and Pilot Disarm Mode are operated through an STM32 controller and other various sensors. Safety interlocks ensure deployment only if all the safe conditions are met. This invention augments the functionality of evacuation with retention of the current manual exit function."
