According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence-based HRM recruitment kiosk and method thereof, wherein the kiosk is embodied as a standalone machine configured to automate candidate screening, assessment, and suitability evaluation. The kiosk comprises a touchscreen interface, biometric authentication modules, a multimodal sensing unit including cameras and microphone arrays, and a resume intake subsystem capable of both physical scanning and digital file transfer. The internal processing unit executes a plurality of AI techniques, including natural language processing for automated interviews, convolutional neural networks for facial micro-expression analysis, sentiment detection for voice responses, and reinforcement learning-based psychometric evaluation for adaptive testing. The AI decision engine integrates multimodal assessment data, applies normalization and bias-correction layers, and generates a candidate suitability index that is securely transmitted to external HRM systems via encrypted and blockchain-anchored communication."
