A 3D visualization interface (CesiumJS) enables interactive exploration of ocean profiles, while the FloatChat module supports natural-language interaction. The OceanXplain component generates interpretable explanations of anomalies, and the integrated early-warning engine issues real-time alerts for marine heatwaves, hypoxia, salinity intrusions, and related events. ArgoSphere bridges the gap between scientific ocean data and governmental decision-making, providing a unified, intelligent, and predictive ocean-monitoring platform 13."
