MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019364 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 15, 2024, for 'archway construction assistive device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Ashok Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An archway construction assistive device, comprising a body 1 positioned on a ground surface, the body 1 is installed with artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 integrated for capturing multiple images in vicinity of body 1, a touch interactive display panel 3 for displaying images that is accessed by a user for selecting area for constructing archway, an ultrasonic sensor is integrated on body 1 for monitoring distance of body 1, multiple omnidirectional wheels 4 arranged underneath body 1 to move body 1 towards user-specified area, a LiDAR sensor for monitoring dimensions of different structures around area, a laser measurement sensor assembled on body 1 to monitor dimensions with user-specified dimensions and a laser light 5 integrated on body 1 to emit a beam of light on portion of archway having a deviated dimensions."
