The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The apparatus proposed in the present invention is an advanced environmental safety device designed to enhance air quality in settings where harmful gases and particulates are prevalent, such as in chemical and printing environments. It integrates two key functions: a vision camera and an air purifier. The vision camera continuously monitors the surroundings for harmful pollutants, providing real-time data to a central control system. The air purifier, equipped with a vortex-shaped intake, draws in contaminated air and employs a series of high-efficiency filters to remove dangerous gases and particulates. The device tests the quality of the purified air to ensure it meets safety standards before releasing it back into the environment. This continuous cycle of detection, purification, and emission of cleaned air ensures a safer and healthier atmosphere. By combining these features, BreatheGuard offers a comprehensive solution for proactive air quality management, improving workplace safety and environmental health."
