MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511113896 A) filed by Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Nov. 19, 2025, for 'apparatus for correlated evaluation of digital behaviour and emotional metrics.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An apparatus (100) for assessment and promotion of mental well-being under artificial intelligence driven content personalisation has been provided. Moreover a processing platform (102) supports a data collection interface (104) that receives digital behaviour records for users. Furthermore an emotional assessment structure (110) receives psychological metric data associated with mood variation stress levels and dependency indicators. Further a correlation engine (114) links said digital behaviour records with said psychological metric data through analytical operations executed on said processing platform (102). Moreover an ethical evaluation structure (116) generates guidance parameters for content presentation to enable balanced digital engagement. Furthermore said apparatus (100) enables detection of emotional disturbances associated with personalised exposure sequences and enables generation of recommendations that promote healthier digital behaviour. Further said apparatus (100) enables comprehensive assessment by combining behavioural inputs emotional inputs and evaluation parameters in an integrated processing environment."
