MUMBAI, India, April 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202544091919 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy, Espoo, Finland, on Sept. 25, 2025, for 'apparatus, method and computer program.'
Inventor(s) include Blucher Brink, Stig; Nielsen, Kim; and Rysgaard, Bent Henneberg.
The application for the patent was published on April 10, under issue no. 15/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "There is provided an apparatus comprising means for receiving a first signal on at least two frequency carriers, wherein two of the frequency carriers are separated by a frequency gap and are of unequal bandwidth to each other, means for determining a power of a second signal located in the frequency gap, means for determining that the power of the second signal is above a first threshold and means for applying an in-phase/quadrature (IQ-)imbalance compensation algorithm to the received first sig-nal to suppress an image signal from the second signal in at least one of said two of the frequency carriers."
