MUMBAI, India, May 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517026939 A) filed by Sika Technology Ag, Baar, Switzerland, on March 24, for 'anti-static coating system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Subject of the invention is a coating system which comprises a part (A) comprising at least one polyol bearing two or more hydroxy groups, and a part (B) comprising at least one isocyanate bearing two or more isocyanate groups and comprising carbon nanotubes, wherein parts (A) and (B) are physically separated from each other, and wherein a coating produced by mixing parts (A) and (B) has an electrical resistance of = 80 kO, measured according to DIN EN 61340-4-1:2016-04, and a bond strength of = 1.5 MPa, measured according to DIN EN 1542:1999-07."
