MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647025031 A) filed by Fortvita Biologics Inc., Grand Cayman, Cayman Island, on March 3, for 'anti-ox40l antibody and use thereof.'
Inventor(s) include Ran, Hao; Li, Li; He, Fufan; Cao, Lei; and Zhang, Yue.
The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A novel antibody and antibody fragment that specifically bind to OX40L, and a composition containing the antibody or antibody fragment. In addition, also provided are a nucleic acid encoding the antibody or the antibody fragment thereof, a host cell comprising the nucleic acid, a related use, and a therapeutic and diagnostic use of the antibody and antibody fragment."
