MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517090948 A) filed by Adanate, Inc., San Mateo, U.S.A., on Sept. 23, for 'anti-cd3 antibodies and methods for their use.'
Inventor(s) include Shellooe, Raymond; Sissons, James; and Ebens, Allen.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to novel anti-CD3 antibodies (as monoclonal antibodies or as used in other formats, such as bispecific or multi-specific formats) and compositions comprising such antibodies or cells activated, by such antibodies for use in treating disorders associated with CD3, such as human cancer therapy."
