According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This project presents a graphical loT-based Network Monitoring and Intrusion Detection System (IDS} designed to track real-time network activity, detect anomalies, and protect connected loT devices from potential threats. Built using Python (Tkinter GUI}, the system provides an interactive dashboard for live traffic visualization, active IP tracking, and automated security actions such as blocking malicious IPs. It leverages machine learning (Isolation Forest algorithm} to identify unusual network behavior by analyzing packet flow patterns captured through pyshark. The system ensures proactive network defense by generating detailed reports and email alerts when anomalies are detected."
