MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511105650 A) filed by Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Oct. 31, 2025, for 'animal unloading assisting device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Pramod Kumar Faujdar.

The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An animal unloading assisting device comprising, a frame 101 configured for mounting on a livestock transport vehicle, with a pair of motorized clamping units 102 to secure it to the vehicle, a plurality of plates 103 connected to the frame 101 and each other via motorized hinges 104 for controlled deployment onto the ground, a microphone 105 for input voice commands, a pair of telescopic rods 106 on end portion of the plate 103, to adjust the position the plate 103 at optimal height, a motorized roller 107 with stretchable fabric to unroll the fabric to the bottom of the plate 103, a plurality of motorized clippers 108 on periphery of plates 103 to secure the fabric in tension, ensuring safe animal movement, and a plurality of extendable rectangular-shaped members 109 on the plate 103 periphery create lateral barriers to prevent animal displacement or falls during unloading."
