MUMBAI, India, Jan. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511104178 A) filed by Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, on Oct. 29, 2025, for 'android controlled firefighter robot system.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Suresh Mani; Sami Anand; Dr. Kulwinder Singh; and Ginni Nijhawan.
The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An android controlled firefighter robot system comprising an android arrangement 101 configured to transmit control commands via Bluetooth, a robotic vehicle 102 for receiving the transmitted commands, an 8051 microcontroller 103 receiver for processing the received commands, at least one motor 104 for providing vehicle 102 motion in multiple directions, a water tank 105 and a water pump 106, configured to discharge water from the tank 105 in response to a received command."
