The analytics system (100) comprises a client device (102) comprising a first processor (104); a second processor (106) located on an application server (108); a communication network (112) adapted to establish a communicative link connecting the client device (102) to the application server (108); and a storage medium (114) comprises programming instructions executable by the second processor (106). The analytics system (100) is configured to collect and preprocess the patient data; apply a stacking ensemble model comprising machine learning classifiers with a logistic regression meta-learner; predict a fibrosis stage; apply probability thresholds for computing a probability score and a confidence level; and transmit the prediction, the probability score, and the confidence level to a secure cloud database (110). The analytics system (100) enables non-invasive detection of liver fibrosis severity."
