The analytics system (100) is configured to collect and preprocess the patient data; apply a stacking ensemble model comprising machine learning classifiers with a logistic regression meta-learner; predict a fibrosis stage; apply probability thresholds for computing a probability score and a confidence level; and transmit the prediction, the probability score, and the confidence level to a secure cloud database (110). The analytics system (100) enables non-invasive detection of liver fibrosis severity."
