According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The current study seeks to investigate the effects that digital transformation has had on the management systems of supply chains and logistics in the countries of India and Nepal. Traditional supply chain operations around the world have been altered as a result of rapid breakthroughs in digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the internet of things (IoT), blockchain, cloud computing, and big data analytics. Transparency and operational efficiency have both been increased in India as a result of digital changes like as the integration of the Goods and Services Tax (GST), electronic way bill systems, and digital freight platforms. Even while Nepal is making steady progress, the country is still confronted with technological and infrastructure challenges that prevent it from reaching full-scale digital integration. The purpose of this project is to investigate the ways in which digital transformation might improve things like supply chain visibility, cost efficiency, coordination, and international trade between the two countries. In addition to this, the research identifies problems associated with implementation as well as strategic routes for achieving sustainable digital growth in logistics management."
