According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides for an isolating mechanism (10) disposed between a first rotating body (12) and a second rotating body (14). One set of the first annular member (16a) and the second annular member (18a) associated with the first rotating body (12) forms a displaceable arrangement (26). Another set of the first annular member (16b) and the second annular member (18b) associated with the second rotating body (14) forms a fixed arrangement (28). The displaceable arrangement (26) is displaceable with respect to the fixed arrangement (28) via a cable (30) thereby enabling selectively isolating the first rotating body (12) from the second rotating body (14)."
