MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441006747 A) filed by Tvs Motor Company Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Feb. 1, 2024, for 'an internal combustion engine.'

Inventor(s) include Nagendra Kumar Dharmapuri; Pradeep Shanmugam; and Vethanayagam Jayajothi Johnson.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

The one or more intake ports (104) being 5 provided with a plurality of intake nozzles (108a, 108b), and at least one of the plurality of intake nozzles (108a, 108b) being disposed inclinedly at a predetermined inclination (x) with respect to a central bore axis (AA') of the one or more intake ports (104) for increasing combustion efficiency of the internal combustion engine (100)."
