The system (100) comprises a multimodal data acquisition module (1), a data normalization and multimodal fusion module (2), an AI-based constitutional classification module (3), a real-time tridosha imbalance detection module (4), a personalized wellness index computation module (5), a predictive wellness risk detection module (6), an adaptive wellness recommendation engine (7), a real-time biofeedback module (8), a closed-loop learning module (9), and an analytics dashboard module (10). The system receives biometric, questionnaire, audio, visual and contextual data, generates a unified user health profile, classifies a constitutional profile, determines imbalance scores, computes a wellness index and generates personalized yoga, breathing, meditation, diet and lifestyle recommendations. The system further provides live biofeedback and updates recommendation parameters based on outcome measurements, thereby enabling preventive, personalized and adaptive wellness management."
