MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411023858 A) filed by PV Clean Mobility Technologies Private Limited, Gurugram, Haryana, on March 26, 2024, for 'an improved windshield washer pump.'
Inventor(s) include Vikas Singh; Nitin Yadav; and Sachin Khola.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 31, under issue no. 44/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a windshield washer pump (100) comprising a connector (101), a connector terminal (102), a motor (104), a housing (106), an O-ring (103), a lip seal (105), a filter (107), an impeller (108) and a bottom cover (109). The connector (101) is attached with said motor (104) through said; terminal (102). The motor (104) is placed in said motor assembly and accommodated in said housing (106) provided to prevent water entry inside said motor (104). The impeller (108) is rotatably attached to said motor shaft of said motor (104) provided to energize said impeller (108). The bottom cover (109) is attached to lower portion of said housing (106). The bottom cover (109) and said housing (106) is ultrasonic welded to prevent the water leakage from the pump (100)."
