MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611052913 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on April 25, for 'an improved ejection mechanism for plastic molding tools.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Shailendra Kumar Verma; and Dr. Anant Prakash Agrawal.
The application for the patent was published on May 29, under issue no. 22/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An improved ejection mechanism for plastic molding tools includes a drive interface assembly, an ejector carrier plate, a guided equalization plate, alignment posts, biasing members, and ejection members for releasing a molded article. The equalization plate provides constrained floating movement to redistribute ejection load according to localized release resistance. Return members restore the mechanism after discharge, while stroke stop surfaces define equalization and full-stroke phases. The arrangement reduces surface marking, deformation, abrupt release, and return irregularity in repeated molding operations."
