The illumination device includes at least one actuator connectable to a carrier frame of at least one of headlight unit and a taillight unit. The at least one actuator being selectively actuatable on pre-defined conditions. A collar is movably disposed on a shaft associated with the at least one actuator and is displaceable between one or more positions along an axis X-X of the shaft based on the selective actuation of the at least one actuator. Further, at least one illumination element is pivotally coupled to an end of the collar and is displaceable in collusion with the collar between the one or more positions along the axis. Displacement of the collar between the one or more positions along the axis consequently displaces the at least one illumination element between an extended condition and a retracted condition to create various artistic illustrations."
