MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202617015057 A) filed by Munters Europe Aktiebolag, Kista, Sweden, on Feb. 11, for 'an evaporative cooling panel for use in an evaporative cooling pad and air treatment unit, methods of manufacture.'
Inventor(s) include Garcia, Cesar; and Galindo, Juan.
The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An evaporative cooling pad (1) comprising evaporative cooling panels (2), each panel (2) comprising a sheet (3) having one or more first creases (4), said first creases dividing the sheet in two or more faces (6a, 6b) and giving the panel a three-dimensional configuration, said first creases (4) extending in a main direction (M) of the panel, such that the panel is compressible in a direction (C) transverse to the main direction. An air treatment unit (20) including two or more of the evaporative cooling panels."
The patent application was internationally filed on Aug. 29, 2024, under International application No.PCT/EP2024/074212.
