The framework is configured to receive voice-based user inputs, interpret the inputs through a voice interaction module (104), and process the interpreted commands using a contextual analysis and decision engine to generate smart home control actions (108-2). The system further incorporates ethical evaluation modules (108-1) configured to assess automated decisions for bias, transparency, and data privacy prior to and during execution. Continuous ethical monitoring (110) is provided to supervise system behavior in real time and ensure sustained compliance with predefined ethical standards. In one independent aspect, the invention provides a framework comprising a voice interaction module, a contextual decision engine, ethical evaluation mechanisms, smart home control modules, and a monitoring module for ongoing ethical compliance."
