MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621031316 A) filed by Symbiosis International, Pune, Maharashtra, on March 13, for 'an ergonomically contoured board duster with integrated marker storage.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An ergonomically contoured board duster is disclosed comprising an upper grip body, a base portion, and a wiping pad layer. The upper grip body includes radiused lateral surfaces and a diagonally sweeping front contour configured to conform to a user's palm and promote neutral wrist alignment during wiping. An internal cavity is provided for retaining at least one writing marker. The duster includes specified dimensional parameters including an overall height of 65.7 mm, length of 160 mm, base width of 55.7 mm, and curvature radii of R32.85, R26.62, and R20. The structural configuration improves pressure distribution and grip comfort while maintaining manufacturability through polymer molding techniques."
