According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an elevator control system (100). The system (100) includes a hall-area sensing module (10), a cabin-state detection module (20), and a controller (30). The hall-area sensing module (10) includes a hall button and at least one presence sensor configured to detect human presence in a waiting area. The cabin-state detection module (20) includes a ceiling-mounted camera for estimating real-time occupancy within an elevator car. The controller (30) validates a hall call only when hall-button actuation and confirmed presence co-occur within a defined time window. The controller (30) also dispatches the elevator car and schedules stops according to a weighted policy that accounts for priority, wait time, floor distance, and occupancy."
