The street light assembly (102) comprising at least one holder frame (106) configured to securely hold the street light unit (104) at one end. The system (100) comprising a fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) rod assembly (110) further comprising a male holder frame (112) configured to interlock with the female holder unit (108). The fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) rod assembly (110) comprising a FRP rod (114) configured to be extendable in two stages. The FRP rod assembly (110) comprising a lock-releasing jack (116) configured to serve as the mechanical interface that engages/disengages the street light unit (104) from the male holder frame (112). The system (100) comprising a ground mechanism unit (120) further comprising a lever (122) and a pedal (124)."
