MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511114100 A) filed by Integral University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, on Nov. 20, 2025, for 'an autonomous opto-robotic remote sensing system for real-time environmental mapping and adaptive object interaction.'

Inventor(s) include Mirza Ghazanfar Beg; and Mohd Faizan.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed herein is an autonomous opto-robotic remote sensing system for real-time environmental mapping and adaptive object interaction (100), comprising a multi-spectral optical sensing array (102) that captures and integrates visible, infrared, ultraviolet, and polarimetric data to generate high-fidelity environmental observations. An adaptive opto-mechanical reconfiguration module (104) dynamically reorients and refocuses sensors, while a hybrid remote sensing data fusion engine (106) integrates multi-modal data from satellites, drones, and ground units into a unified geospatial model. A cognitive pattern recognition module (108) employs deep learning and reinforcement learning, complemented by an autonomous terrain-adaptive mobility module (110) for optimized navigation. An intelligent object interaction module (112) performs context-aware actions, and a dynamic optics calibration module (114) maintains sensor fidelity. A predictive environment modeling engine (116) forecasts environmental changes, a multi-agent cooperative network (118) enables collaborative mapping, and an explainable vision interface (120) provides interpretable operator feedback."
