According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention is related to an automated coconut scraping machine designed to improve safety, efficiency, and uniformity in coconut meat removal. The machine comprises a rigid supportive base (104) and stand (102) forming a stable frame structure. A high-torque DC motor (101) is mounted on the frame and operatively connected to a scraper head (103) having wear-resistant, food-grade stainless steel blades for effective scraping. A coconut holder (105) with adjustable clamping elements securely retains coconuts of varying sizes and shapes during operation. The system is actuated through a control unit (106) that enables automated start, stop, and operational control, thereby eliminating manual effort. Protective enclosures and safety features prevent accidental contact with moving components. A handle (107) facilitates ease of handling and positioning. The automated scraping process is completed in approximately fifteen seconds, providing uniform scraping with minimal wastage."
