MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421020554 A) filed by Uo Designs, Thane, Maharashtra, on March 19, 2024, for 'an apparatus to dispense one or more dough rounds of customize dimension.'
Inventor(s) include Sulekha Umesh Omashe; Umesh Omashe; and Mohanish Puralkar.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An apparatus 100 to dispense one or more dough rounds of customize dimension, consists of a silo 102 of a cylindrical shape to house a dough. The Silo 102 is closed from one end, with a lid containing a provision for a hose 108 facilitating filtered pressurized air in to the silo 102 for metering the dimension of the one or more dough rounds and closed from other end with a sliding lid which can be pulled out at the time of or post refiling the silo to allow dough to flow down gravitationally; a slicing means 104; a sliding dispenser 106; the hose 108; a set of vibrating motors 110 for controlling air trapped inside the silo 102 and ensure smooth gravitational dispense of the one or more dough rounds; and a controlling means 112 to control one or more actuators facilitating controlled motion of the apparatus 100."
