MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611024148 A) filed by Bhuti Technologies Llp, New Delhi, on Feb. 28, for 'an air-release and flow-regulation valve and automated water-control system thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Bhushan, Bharat.

The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an air-release and flow-regulation valve assembly (100) and an automated water-flow control system (200). The valve (100) comprises an outer body (1) defining a multi-stage hollow chamber (3), an inner pipe with circumferential flow-perforation holes (4), a first floating ball (6) in an upper chamber, and a second floating ball (9) in a lower chamber separated by a separator structure (5, 7). A pair of lock holders (2, A, I) retain sealing rings, while internal valve parts (8, 10) guide ball movement and provide sealing interfaces. The second ball (9) seals a lower threaded connector (J) under pump suction or gravity, and the first ball (6) seals the upper chamber under positive water pressure. The system (200) integrates the valve with a water-presence sensor (202), an electronic controller (204), and a pump (206) to ensure air evacuation, accurate sensing, dry-run protection, and stable water-supply operation."
