According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an air cooler (100). The air cooler (100) includes a cooling unit (10) for providing air flow, a controller (20) configured to control operation of the cooling unit (10), a plurality of sensors (30) connected to the controller (10) to sense environmental conditions, a Phase-Neutral-Earth Sensing module (40) connected to the controller (10) configured to detect electrical continuity and phase, neutral, and earth connections, wherein the controller (20) is configured to operate the water pump (60) in at least two selectable modes: a time-based mode in which the water pump (60) is activated and deactivated according to a user-defined ON and OFF time intervals; and a temperature-based mode in which the water pump (60) is activated when an ambient temperature exceeds a user-selected threshold and deactivated when the temperature falls below the user-selected threshold."
