According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed herein is an ai-powered academic assistant chatbot for student and faculty support system (100) that comprises a user device (102) receiving and transmitting user queries, a database management unit (104) storing structured student records, structured faculty records, academic calendar information, timetable information, and notice information, and a temporary data storage unit (106) storing dynamic data including one-time passwords, session tokens, and temporary query results. A processing unit (108) connected to the user device (102), database management unit (104), and temporary data storage unit (106) accesses structured and dynamic data to generate processed outputs. The processing unit (108) includes an authentication management module (110), a data acquisition module (112), a natural language processing module (114), a machine learning module (116), an information aggregation module (118), a response generation module (120). A chatbot user interface (122) and communication network (124) enable conversational interaction and real-time data transmission across the system (100)."
