The processing unit (108) includes an authentication management module (110), a data acquisition module (112), a natural language processing module (114), a machine learning module (116), an information aggregation module (118), a response generation module (120). A chatbot user interface (122) and communication network (124) enable conversational interaction and real-time data transmission across the system (100)."
