According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an adaptive smart packaging system with context-aware scannable interactive labels. The system comprises QR codes, NFC tags, or AR markers on product packaging, a context awareness engine, dynamic content delivery, and a cloud-based CMS. On scanning, the label delivers personalized, location-based content to the user's device, enhancing engagement, purchase intent, and brand loyalty. The system supports multilingual AR experiences, A/B testing, behavior tracking, and gamified features like rewards. Personalized content may include tutorials, coupons, and sustainability info. A machine learning module refines content over time, while reusable labels enable updated interactions. Integrated sensors track freshness, detect tampering, and issue expiry reminders via mobile apps. Anonymized user data supports trend analysis, and blockchain integration verifies product authenticity. The system also allows remote firmware updates to modify content delivery rules, creating a dynamic, secure, and engaging consumer experience."
